Workshop Fitting Instructions
When installing replacement primed front/rear bumpers featuring ParkControl (PDC) or Night Vision radar cutouts, verify sensor bracket clearance prior to painting. Ensure no primer buildup enters the sensor ring aperture, which can cause false distance readouts.
Replacement condensers supplied with sealed integrated dryer units must remain capped until immediately prior to system evacuation. Flush the refrigerant circuit to remove particles before charging to prevent compressor valve failure.
After mounting window regulators (lifters supplied without motor), manually guide the glass through two complete cycles to ensure track alignment before re-attaching the electric drive motor. Perform anti-pinch limit learning via OBD diagnostic scan.
